Consultation Process
The EGC will follow the simple 10 step process shown below when in consultation with you.
- Visit and first consultation which is free
- Establish customer requirements
- Submit written recommendations
- Agree final scope and submit written proposal with costs
- Agree contract terms
- Carry out the necessary activities
- Provide regular feedback and monitor progress
- Submit final report
- Carry out after sales service interview to ensure that the customer is delighted
- Evaluation and verbal/written report
