Consultation Process

The EGC will follow the simple 10 step process shown below when in consultation with you.

Visit and first consultation which is free
Establish customer requirements
Submit written recommendations
Agree final scope and submit written proposal with costs
Agree contract terms
Carry out the necessary activities
Provide regular feedback and monitor progress
Submit final report
Carry out after sales service interview to ensure that the customer is delighted
Evaluation and verbal/written report
