Quality Policy
European Gas Consultancy places customers interests first, accepts only those assignments that it is qualified for, works to the highest professional standards at all times and by this method aims to build long lasting relationships with its customers based on trust. The Quality Management System being operated demonstrates evidence of how compliance to these principles is achieved.
The Managing Director is responsible for defining Quality Policy and the administration of the system. He has total control over all aspects of the interface between the company and the customer and the delivery of the services required by the customer from the company. By continually updating knowledge of the gas markets and striving to gain improvements in reducing customer gas costs, continuous improvement in the service provided by the company is the constant aim of these principles. The European Gas Consultancy Management Team is fully committed to this Quality Policy.
All necessary resources and training shall be provided in order to maintain the Quality System and satisfy the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000. It is the responsibility of all employed by the European Gas Consultancy to support the company in this purpose.
The Quality Assurance Manual defines the Company Quality Policy and the Operational Procedures Manual provides a formal framework for Policy implementation. No deviations from the Quality Manual, the Operational Procedures or this policy shall be permitted without the permission of the Managing Director.
